Perry L. Paylor, Esq. serves as an Executive Board Member for the foundation. Perry is a former Assistant State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, Maryland, and an accomplished trial attorney with significant experience appearing before the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland. Perry is the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Perry L Paylor, P.C.
Perry has formerly served as an adjunct professor at Bowie State University, developing and presenting undergraduate seminars on criminal law, criminal procedure and victimization with a focus on law, policy and society.
In 2008, Perry participated in the Obama for America Volunteer Corps, providing voter protection in Harrisburg, PA; Wilmington, DE; Laurel, MD; Durham, NC. and Dallas, TX.
Perry graduated from Hampton University with a B.A. in Economics, and earned his Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law. He has been admitted to the Bar of the State of Maryland, District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
In addition to his professional experience, Perry brings the same tenets on which his practice is founded; integrity, dedication and preparation to the foundation’s executive board.
